DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Children's Book Week\, May 3-9\, the James Kennedy Public Library will display a special collection of books celebrating diversity during the month of May. Families are invited to visit the display and choose books to read together. Each book checked out earns the child an entry into a drawing for a kid's reading basket. The drawing will take place on June 1. The diversity collection was purchased with funds received from a grant from the DRA and distributed to area libraries through the Dyersville Campaign for Grade Level Reading.
