Limestone Bluff RC &D had a session on Beating the Online Competition presented by Becky McCray\, Co-founder of SaveYour.Town.  Becky gave tricks that online retailers do and explained how to tailor it to your small town store.  My favorite idea is encouraging your customers to program their Alexa/google devices with your stores contact information. This way your customers can shop from the couch and say "Hey Alexa\, email Just For You to order Camping t-shirt size Medium".  This message is emailed to the store and the store can confirm with an email and ship/get it ready.
