Halloween at the Library

Description

Celebrate Halloween at the James Kennedy Public Library with a costume party for children of all ages. We will read a few short stories then children will trick-or-treat at some of the businesses on First Avenue. After trick-or-treating, children may return to the library for a simple craft. All ages welcome, but children younger than 6 require an adult companion. Sponsored by Spoden Construction.
