Description
Join us for lunch, and learn about current health and wellness topics at this monthly program presented by the Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging with Nutrition Specialist Colleen Lawler. Individuals over age 60 will most benefit from this program, but all are welcome. Attendees can choose to have a lunch, which is provided for free for those over age 60 and must be eaten on site. Registration is required by 3:00 pm on May 26 if you want lunch. Lunch is sponsored by the Friends of the James Kennedy Public Library.
