Local Dubuque research-historian John T. Pregler is the author of the book, "Historic Tales of Old Dubuque". He will be at the James Kennedy Public Library to discuss the six vignettes in the book covering forgotten Dubuque history. Copies of the book will be available to purchase from the author.
