Iowa Legal Aid presents Power of Attorney

Description

Attorney Linda Bessler from Iowa Legal Aid will be at the library to present this program on financial and medical power of attorneys, along with information on power of attorney for a minor child. This presentation will include basic information about what power of attorney is, the responsibilities that come with this position, and the rights that those who make these arrangements have. Linda will also present briefly on Iowa Legal Aid, including information about what they do and who they can help. There will be time for questions at the end.
