Come learn about the forgotten legacy of Dr. Alexander Wiltse. He had one of the first medical practices in Strawberry Point and on the side he aided authorities with murder investigations! He is the inspiration for Betty Brandt Passick’s historical fiction novel, "The Black Bag of Dr. Wiltse".
