Discover what paranormal investigation is all about with a local Dubuque team, The Transcendent Paranormal Society. Investigators will discuss the history and folklore of local haunted locations as well present first-hand evidence of paranormal activity the team has caught during its own investigations. Participants can attend in-person or via Zoom. Please contact the library to register. Those attending in person are encouraged to wear a mask. This program will be recorded and uploaded to the library’s Facebook and YouTube Page.
