Description
Join us for this 10-week evidence-based course developed by doctors to help people aged 55 and older make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Participants should be 55 or older in good cognitive health. Registration fee of $20.00 per participant is required, but may be refunded to those who attend at least 9 of the sessions (upon request). Registration is required. Sponsored by Nightingale Drug and the Friends of the James Kennedy Public Library.
