Wildflower Hike @ New Wine Park

Description

Join the James Kennedy Public Library at New Wine Park for this entertaining and informative hike led by a Dubuque County Conservation Naturalist. Walk along the trails at New Wine Park as you look closely at the forest floor and learn about what is blooming and interesting ways you can use these plants. The 2-mile trail we are hiking will have uneven terrain and steep inclines. Please be prepared for this by wearing appropriate footwear and clothing. All ages welcome, but those under the age of 16 need an adult companion. Registration is requested by April 18 as a minimum of 10 participants is needed for this program to be held.
