Iowa Legal Aid presents Tax Basics

Attorney Ben Hamel from Iowa Legal Aid will be at the James Kennedy Public Library to present this program on taxes. This presentation will include information on deductions, exemptions, credits, refunds and where people can look to get some help filing their taxes. He will also talk about the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which offers free tax help to people who qualify. All are welcome. Bring your questions!
