Unlocking Brain Fitness - KEYS to Dementia Prevention
Sign up now for this 10-week evidence based course developed by doctors to help people aged 55 and older make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Participants must be 55 or older in good cognitive health and able to commit to attend the 10 in-person sessions. Sessions are 2 hours each. Cost is $20.00 per participant. Registration is required.
